Rachel Green, CEO of TEAM

Rachel brings to TEAM her experience working in Fortune 50 companies across client services, operations, strategy, and business development. Rachel is passionate about delivering high-quality service and outstanding experiences for clients, partners, and team members alike. Rachel joined TEAM as Director of Client Services and also previously served as TEAM’s Chief Operating Officer. Rachel holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.

Josh Greenberg, Chairman of TEAM

Josh has been a founder, executive, investor and board member in a variety of related businesses and brings extensive experience in risk management, outsourced business processes and caregiver services to TEAM. His most recent companies include a financial services firm serving patients and caregivers and an insurance services company, both of which expanded via a focus on providing fanatical client service. Josh received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Anchi Chern, CFO of TEAM

Anchi brings a passion for designing and scaling outstanding service delivery organizations and growth platforms to TEAM. Prior to TEAM, he served as a strategic advisor, investor and operating executive across a variety of industries including communications, media and technology. Anchi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BSBA from Indiana University.

JOE SOFIA
Chief Revenue Officer


Joe is passionate about leading high-performing teams that prioritize exceptional client service. Before joining TEAM, he worked as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he oversaw successful strategy and operations projects for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Joe’s experience as a founder and professional athlete has shaped his leadership style, emphasizing a people-first and team-oriented approach. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from UCLA.

Baui oversees TEAM’s general operations with payroll, client services, technology, human resources, and compliance departments under his leadership. He brings strong operational experience to TEAM, including working in business operations at Apple and as a management consultant at Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations group. Baui is solutions-oriented and brings a passion for creative problem solving and world-class client service. Baui holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Northwestern University.

Cheryl Severson, Head of HR at TEAM

Cheryl oversees TEAM’s client service, human resources, and compliance functions. She joined TEAM in 2014 as the company’s HR Manager and also previously served as Director of Client Services and HR. Cheryl brings nearly 20 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions and HR expertise to companies of all sizes and across several industries. She combines her passion for providing impeccable service and account management with her strategic HR thought partnership. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from San Diego State University.

Ryenn Mancuso, VP of TEAM Private Family Services

Ryenn oversees the Private Family Services group at TEAM. She has experience in the areas of client services, business strategy, operations, and consulting having worked with organizations across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining TEAM, she held positions with a global investment bank and boutique economic consulting firm. Ryenn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a BSBA in Finance.

Julian Pena, Director of Client Success at TEAM

Julian oversees TEAM’s Client Service operations. He is passionate about enabling operational efficiency, creating outstanding customer experiences, and helping his team to deliver timely and accurate payroll solutions. Coming most recently from the staffing industry, Julian brings to TEAM management experience across payroll, client service, and operations.

Erica Cary, Director of Client Operations at TEAM

Erica oversees TEAM’s Payroll and Payroll Tax operations. She brings to TEAM 15 years of experience in the payroll and tax accounting industry. Erica has extensive knowledge in payroll operations and payroll system implementations, multi-jurisdictional payrolls, timekeeping systems, and payroll tax compliance. She brings an enthusiastic approach to providing excellent customer service by ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.

Ally DiBernardo, Sr. HR Manager at TEAM

Ally manages TEAM’s Employee Relations department, leading the HR strategy in support of TEAM’s vision for unparalleled client service and expert risk management solutions. She oversees core HR functions to ensure they are carried out in a compliant and efficient matter. Ally brings with her 12 years of professional HR experience, having worked with diverse organizations across the public, retail, and hospitality industries. She combines her passion for exceptional service with specialized HR expertise in coaching, compliance, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution. Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego.

Sean Conroy, Director of Technology at TEAM

Sean oversees the people, processes, and technology within TEAM’s IT department. He is a technology leader who has been in the industry for more than 20 years. His philosophy is to empower end-users through the use of technology and automation to give employees the time and ability to have a larger impact on the overall business. Sean began his career in consulting and has worked in a myriad of industries including construction, healthcare, transportation, and legal. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from Pacific Union College.

Lauren Kuykendall, Director of Marketing at TEAM

Director of Brand & Content Marketing


Lauren leads TEAM’s marketing strategy with a passion that lies at the intersection of brand management, writing and design, and demand generation. Her background in project management and corporate training lends to her process-driven approach to creative work and her flexible, inclusive leadership style. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications with an emphasis in Advertising from the University of Oregon and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Donelle Horton, Business Solutions Manager at TEAM

Business Solutions & Analytics Manager


Donelle joined TEAM in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and has since held a number of roles spanning operations, payroll, and client service, and most recently served as  Business Systems Analyst. Donelle’s current responsibilities include acting as the subject matter expert for TEAM’s core systems, as well as providing company-wide support across operations, reporting, and technology. Donelle brings an analytical perspective and passion for process improvement to her role and supports TEAM’s values through a dedication to creative problem solving and customer service.

Emily Hawkes, People & Operations Manager at TEAM

Emily oversees TEAM’s operations in San Diego. She joined TEAM in 2019 and brings with her over ten years of experience managing projects, leading system implementations, and providing excellent customer service. She combines her passion for empowering employees and her exceptional attention to detail to maintain a compliant and welcoming office environment. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from San Diego State University.

Jennifer Harrington, Operations & Compliance Manager at TEAM

Jennifer oversees Service Operations and Compliance at TEAM. She brings a passion for creating efficient and scalable processes that enable TEAM to provide the best experience for their clients. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Customer Service working for large organizations and small businesses, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from San Diego State University.
