Donelle Horton, Business Solutions & Analytics Manager

Donelle’s path at TEAM:
Donelle joined TEAM in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She had a knack for excel and started volunteering for side projects in data management. She was quickly promoted to Operations Support Specialist, stepping in to support the payroll team and getting exposure to all areas of operations. In this role, she also began working on onboarding new client relationships as well as supporting the COO on special projects. In 2019 she was promoted to Chief of Staff to the CEO.

In this role, Donelle’s love of data and systems really began to shine. She was critical to the implementation of several new IT systems, and became an expert in TEAM’s data, operations, and systems. In 2021, she was promoted to Business Systems Analyst, as part of the Technology organization. Today, Donelle is a key part of the leadership team and oversees critical initiatives across reporting, data, and technology. 

The TEAM experience in her words: 
“From a professional development standpoint, TEAM has directly supported my growth as a leader. I have had continual opportunities to take on tasks that were new to me, and to learn and master new areas. I appreciate that I have a voice in the company’s direction. But my favorite thing about TEAM is the relationships I’ve been able to build along the way. People here genuinely care about you, and invest the time to make sure you are succeeding.”



Olivia Lira, HR Services Specialist

Olivia’s path at TEAM:
Olivia joined TEAM in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Shortly after, she began assisting service teams with translation and support for Spanish-speaking clients and employees. In 2019, she was promoted to Client Services Coordinator, and then to Client Services Specialist in 2020. After developing an interest in HR, she began assisting the HR team with Spanish support for inquiries and escalations. Her interest grew into a passion, and in 2022 she completed her SHRM-CP certification using TEAM’s educational stipend. She was subsequently promoted to HR & Client Service Specialist in 2022. In 2023, she fully transitioned her responsibilities to HR and now serves as an HR Services Specialist and is continuing to use TEAM’s education stipend to become a certified EEOC Investigator. Olivia has also been instrumental in leading TEAM’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. She is a passionate advocate for non-English speakers and provides daily support to TEAM’s Spanish-speaking clients and employees. She has also spearheaded TEAM’s language inclusion efforts over the past several years, engaging a 3rd party translation service and doing regular training for the TEAM on resources and best practices in this area. 

The TEAM experience in her words:
“Working for TEAM has been an unmatched experience. In my time at TEAM I’ve been able to identify a career path and make plans for my future. Not only have I been given the opportunity to grow and develop as a professional, I’ve been encouraged and supported every step of the way. I’ve also developed lifelong friendships with many of my colleagues. It’s really something to know that even on the hardest day you will have the guidance and support from people who care about you and the work we do together. Even more, the work we do at TEAM feels meaningful, and that’s something that can be hard to find.”
