Donelle’s path at TEAM:
Donelle joined TEAM in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She had a knack for excel and started volunteering for side projects in data management. She was quickly promoted to Operations Support Specialist, stepping in to support the Payroll team and getting exposure to all areas of operations. In this role, she also began working on onboarding new client relationships as well as supporting the COO on other special projects. In 2019 she was promoted to Chief of Staff to the CEO.
In this role, Donelle’s love of data and systems really began to shine. She was critical to the implementation of several new IT systems, and became an expert in TEAM’s data, operations, and systems. In 2021, she was promoted to Business Systems Analyst, as part of the Technology organization. Today, Donelle is a key part of the leadership team and oversees critical initiatives across reporting, data, and technology.
The TEAM experience in her words:
“From a professional development standpoint, TEAM has directly supported my growth as a leader. I have had continual opportunities to take on tasks that were new to me, and to learn and master new areas. I appreciate that I have a voice in the company’s direction. Gretchen’s path at TEAM:
Gretchen joined TEAM in 2014 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist on our Accounting team. In 2016, she raised her hand to move into a role on our Payroll team. In 2018, she took on a role on our newly formed Client Service team. In 2020, she was promoted to Senior Client Service Specialist.
Gretchen now supports some of our largest bank relationships, interfacing directly with clients, families, and employees to provide exemplary customer service. While working full-time at TEAM, Gretchen also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

“The thing I love most about TEAM is the culture – it’s a professional group, but at the same time so welcoming. I also have appreciated the ability to learn so many new things about our industry, the people we serve, and also the pride that comes from knowing that the work we’re doing is making a big difference in someone’s life.”
