Josh Greenberg

 

CEO, TEAM Services Group

 

Josh has been a founder, executive, investor and board member in a variety of related businesses and brings extensive experience in risk management, outsourced business processes and caregiver services to TEAM. His most recent companies include a financial services firm serving patients and caregivers and an insurance services company, both of which expanded via a focus on providing fanatical client service. Josh received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Cullen Knights

 

CFO and Head of Strategy, TEAM Services Group

 

Cullen has an extensive background in strategy and financial consulting, with experience across industries, including multiple leading healthcare and service businesses. He brings a passion for results and client service to TEAM. Cullen holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Rachel Green

 

CEO

 

Rachel brings to TEAM her experience working in Fortune 50 companies across client services, operations, strategy, and business development. Rachel is passionate about delivering high-quality service and outstanding experiences for clients, partners, and team members alike. Rachel joined TEAM as Director of Client Services and also previously served as TEAM’s Chief Operating Officer. Rachel holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.

Cheryl Severson, PHR, SHRM-CP

 

Director of Client Services

 

Cheryl oversees TEAM’s Client Services and Human Resources departments. Cheryl joined TEAM in 2014 as its HR Manager and brings nearly 20 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions to companies of all sizes and across several industries. She combines her passion for providing impeccable service and account management with her specialized HR expertise in coaching, compliance, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from San Diego State University and maintains the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute.

Michael Burdell

 

Vice President of Client Outreach

 

Michael oversees TEAM’s Client Outreach efforts, working to develop new client relationships and strengthen TEAM’s existing partnerships. He has extensive client-facing experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive at a Fortune 10 healthcare company, as well as expertise in account management, marketing, and business development. Michael holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Denise Bryant

 

Operations Manager

 

Denise Bryant joined TEAM in 2010, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Denise began her career as a teller, ultimately working her way up to senior management, holding the position of Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Her banking experience includes facilitating core system conversions, industry compliance, acquisitions and expansions and implementation of a variety of operations systems.

Julian Peña, CCWP

 

Senior Payroll Services Manager

 

Julian oversees TEAM’s payroll operations. He is passionate about enabling operational efficiency, creating outstanding customer experiences, and helping his team to deliver timely and accurate payroll solutions. Coming most recently from the staffing industry, Julian brings to TEAM management experience across payroll, client service, and operations. He is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional.

Yosely Cardenas-Ochoa

 

Human Resources Manager

 

Yosely oversees TEAM’s Human Resources operations. Her passion is providing HR solutions for her clients by helping them build their business through compliance and people. Yosely enjoys consulting with business partners in all stages of employment. She brings to TEAM over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, having held several corporate HR leadership positions in the manufacturing and telecommunications industries. Yosely holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management.

Julie Sidhu

 

Director of Technology

 

Julie brings over 20 years of experience working in the Information Technology space on various IT applications and software implementation projects. She has implemented ERP systems across Accounting, HR, Payroll, Learning Management, Time and Attendance and Community Development software. Julie began her career as a Business Systems Analyst and has also served as Project Manager, IT Manager, Applications, and PMO Director. Julie graduated with her MBA from Wayne State University and obtained her Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Donelle Horton

 

Chief of Staff

 

Donelle serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO. She joined TEAM in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and has since held a number of roles spanning operations, payroll, and client service. Donelle’s current responsibilities include client relationship management as well as company-wide support across operations, reporting, and technology. Donelle brings an analytical perspective and passion for process improvement to her role and supports TEAM’s values through a dedication to creative problem solving and customer service.

Carol Nash

 

Controller

 

Carol oversees TEAM’s accounting and tax departments. She brings over 20 years of experience as a Controller for national and local organizations. Carol obtained her CPA license in Minnesota and worked for national and regional CPA firms for eight years in the audit and tax departments. In addition to her accounting expertise, Carol brings a customer service orientation and a passion for process improvement.
